Required Technical Skills:The candidate must have significant experience and understanding of the delivery of maintenance and operation services in major general healthcare facility. The potential candidate for this position is expected to be currently working at similar level with extensive strategic, financial and investment planning of hard Facility Management services inhospitals / healthcareinstitutions and have the ability to develop and motivate a large multicultural workforce, and deliver the services efficiently with continuous improvement.

Must have 15 years experience in the position of Engineer or above in a healthcare environment and at least 8 years in a senior management position.

The candidate must have a master’s degree in related fields and a bachelor’s degree in engineering subject (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, etc.) with appropriate chartered accreditation from reputable and internationally recognized engineering institute.
