- Provides assistance in administrative tasks ensuring mail distribution, calls and services to executives.
- Arranges trip details for the executives of the Tenaris group.
- Organizes and settles trip expenses of Tenaris executives working out reimbursement of trip expenses, cash vouchers and checks.
- Makes trip and hotel reservations for Tenaris directors and managers.

- Ensures the provision of suppliers preparing purchase order in the system and registering invoices.
