• Monitor/identify relevant changes in local EHS/HACCP regulations and laws and update internal procedures, policies and forms accordingly • Drive improvement and track goal achievement by collecting, analyzing and communicating EHS targets and metrics • Reporting to the hotel's emergency management plans to address course of action in the event of an emergency • Manage and control all documentation (manuals, policies, procedures and records) related to HACCP and HACCP measures and corresponding reports. • Ensure that employees are trained on basic EHS awareness training specific to their departmental operations
