Job Type: Full Time | Remote
Salary: Open to Negotiation

Requirements

  • Tertiary qualifications (NFQ Level 6)
  • Proven work experience as a Headhunter/Recruiter (ideally in Startup, FinTech and Cryptocurrency)
  • Advanced knowledge of sourcing techniques (including Boolean search)
  • Strong experience in the African and European
  • Hands-on experience with sourcing tools (resume databases and portfolio sites)
  • Familiarity with HR databases and Applicant Tracking Systems (Zoho)
  • International Recruitment experience

Personality and Attitude
  • Excellent communication and persuasion abilities (particularly when making cold calls and sending recruiting emails)
  • Time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple open roles simultaneously
  • Good organisational skills and the ability to multitask and prioritise in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving competence: Ability to analyse and interpret information accurately
  • Excellent communication and Interpersonal skills: Ability to clearly communicate with a diverse range of stakeholders within and outside the organisation
  • Attention to detail, organised and thorough with a desire for continuous improvement
  • Accountable: Professional approach to quality, time, costs and deadlines
  • Ambitious: Committed to constantly learning and adding value
  • Proactive: An understanding of the latest trends and their role within a commercial environment
  • Adaptable: Responsive to changing business needs and critical last-minute deadlines

Responsibilities
  • Proactive sourcing of candidates by means of market mapping and headhunting, as well as continuous talent management
  • Conducting interviews and pre-screening candidates
  • Briefing talent on clients and job specifications
  • Networking with current and potential talent
  • Real-time advertising, and managing the expectations of the talent pool by giving appropriate directives
  • Working productively to ensure that targets are met
  • Have a clear awareness of what is happening within your client and candidate marketplace and all times, so you are able to remain ahead of the curve and match clients with the right talent every time
  • Join social media groups and professional networks and interact with potential candidates
  • Maintain organised databases with candidates data
  • Attend job fairs and organise career events
  • Keep in touch with past applicants
  • Use Boolean search to look for qualified candidates for hard-to-fill roles
  • Conduct benchmark research on compensation and benefits for various positions and seniority levels
  • Measure source of hire and time-to-fill for each role
  • Research and recommend new sourcing tools and techniques
