-Processes documents in accordance to NEOM policies & procedures .
-Control and organize all the correspondence related to border security department .
-Handle archiving activities (digital & hard copies) with retention of documents / records as per NEOM policies .
-Completion of assigned requests including processes of documents for revision and approval .
-Manage shared folders for team and ensure proper administration of access authorization .
-Carries out tasks identified by the line management in a cost effective, timely and professional manner .
-Liaising with border security employees, HR, other functions, departments & stakeholders as required .
-Monitors the distribution and reconciliation of documents
-Ensure full documentation for all aspects for border security department of NEOM .
-Capture minutes of meetings and follow-up on updates for actions taken .
-Installation and operation of project library including data backup with support of concerned functions .
-Develop and operate systematic document management control .
