- Manage the process of alignment of IT strategic projects budget plans with corporate budgeting and controlling.
- Implement and execute the process of IT Budget planning in alignment with all IT functions incorporating the OPEX and CAPEX elements of development, transformation, business-as-usual as well as special projects.
- Co-ordinate information gathering, data analysis and report budget utilization / availability and ensure timely submission of the budget report to the management
- Works closely with the IT stakeholders to understand their needs and serve as the IT point of contact for all vendor management activities
- Manage the selection, of the vendors and monitoring of contractual agreements for hardware, software and IT services for IT unit.
- Review the content of Request for Information (RFIs), Request for Proposal (RFPs) to ensure the alignment with the RFP /RFI standards and optimise the same with the overall RFP’s for IT.
