Director Food Beverage

Job Description:

• Plan organize and oversee the overall operations of the food and beverage department.
• Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.
• Manage and coordinate the activities of the food and beverage team.
• Ensure compliance with company policies procedures and standards.
• Monitor and evaluate customer satisfaction and make necessary improvements.
• Collaborate with other departments to deliver a seamless dining experience.
• Supervise the purchasing and inventory management of food and beverage supplies.
• Train and develop staff members to maintain highquality service standards.
• Stay updated with industry trends and recommend innovative ideas to enhance the dining experience.

Essential Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Director of Food & Beverage or a similar role.
• Excellent knowledge of food and beverage operations and industry trends.
• Strong leadership and managerial skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking skills.
• Good understanding of financial management and budgeting.
• Proficient in using computer systems and restaurant management software.

Desired Experience:

Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position.
