Digital Sales Specialist

Location: Riyad 01 SA

Your Role

We are looking for a Digital Sales Specialist. In this role you will be the heart of growth retention and customer satisfaction with Technogym Digital Solutions.
You have excellent consulting skills as the role requires elements of sales project implementation and delivery education and customer retention. You have a passion for fitness digital technology and wellness and are achievementdriven a strong teamplayer a professional with exceptional customerrelationship skills. As the role involves a high degree of travel you candidate should expect some overnight trips and should be independent and wellorganized.

Your Impact
This role covers a blend of three key pillars of activity:
  • Achieve sales and profitability targets for our digital offering: software hardware and devices
  • Successfully plan educate and support the installation and implementation of Technogym cloud solutions in the fitness sector
  • Provide ongoing bestinclass support to drive usage and retention of Technogym cloud solutions. Educate and support a blend of onsite training and events to maximize engagement and a sense of community and remote delivery via webinar tools all with a view to maximizing productivity
    You will also:
  • Support Field Sales in presales activities providing product training to the sales force on the subject of our Wellness Network products and services
  • Define a list of prospects and customers to proactively visit and sell software solutions to regardless of whether there is an equipment opportunity
  • Take care of customer education and activation in terms of elearning live education and tutoring to guarantee the highest usage of MyWellness platform and to maximize active users
  • Build best practices based on successful real customer case histories to demonstrate the value of our digital solutions on the market
  • Provide reliable and structured Forecast and Pipeline Management
  • Promote and plan initiatives to maximize customer satisfaction
About You

Ideally you are passionate about working out enthusiastic and proactive while also downtoearth and ethical.
What you should bring:
  • 35 years relevant experience in the Digital Sales field
  • Bachelors or Masters Degree
  • Fluency in English
  • Experience in Project Management methodologies and tools
  • Excellent written and verbal communication techniques and presentation skills
  • Knowledge of CRM management
  • Knowledge of consultationbased selling techniques
  • Longterm customer relationship management skills
  • Knowledge of sales operations (field sales and inside sales): scheduling sales activities planning pipeline management
  • Knowledge of customer experience: analysis and deployment of processes and projects
