This involves defining clear objectives, measuring progress through key results, and communicating these to stakeholders to ensure the project stays on track towards its strategic objectives​. • Risk Management: Identifying, evaluating, and mitigating risks associated with procurement and project execution is a critical responsibility. This includes foreseeing potential delays or issues with procured goods or services and implementing strategies to manage these risks effectively to keep the project on schedule and within budget. • Stakeholder Communication and Satisfaction: Maintaining regular and transparent communication with stakeholders is key to managing expectations and ensuring satisfaction with the project's progress and outcomes. This involves reporting on OKRs, project status, procurement updates, and any risks or issues that arise, as well as being responsive to feedback and adapting project plans as necessary​
