- communities work etc br In partnership with our social media specialist you ll br manage a large paid social media budget and will develop overarching firm-wide br campaigns to build awareness of McKinsey careers for diverse audiences You br will create tools templates and processes to help recruiters and hiring br managers reach their target audiences br You will develop holistic programs that cultivate warm leads building and sustaining connections with prospective candidates around the world br You ll help develop cohesive sophisticated digital media br dashboards and you ll optimize our content format and channel mix to improve br return on spend You will find ways to optimize our use of existing channels br and explore the use of new channels
