Deputy Head Of Cards

We are looking for a Deputy Head of Cards to join this large bank located in Riyadh KSA. Reporting to the Head of Cards you will be responsible managing and building an existing portfolio as well as new product launches. Strong preference will be given to an Arabic speaker with GCC experience with a strong Product background.

Role :
a. Acquisition:
Identify acquisition opportunities focusing on crosssell for the shortterm
Design the ideal campaigns based on an understanding of the client capabilities and priorities
Build business cases to facilitate internal buyin and approvals
Coordinate campaign execution and troubleshoot any issues that may comeup

b. Portfolio:
Analyze current portfolio and identify improvement areas across activation spend and authorization
Recommend a set of actions and translate them into campaigns and improvement projects
Design the ideal campaigns based on an understanding of client capabilities and priorities
Build business cases to facilitate internal buyin and approvals
Coordinate campaign execution and troubleshoot any issues that may comup
Work with analytics teams to assess campaign results

c. Product:
Work with the Bank and scheme teams to define new products and optimal CVP
Help build product business case and help obtain internal and external approvals for launch
Program manage new product launch by coordinating across all stakeholders
Report on progress and troubleshoot / escalate issues

KPIs:

• Number of new acquired cards
• Spend uplift from existing portfolio
• Timeliness of new product launch

Knowledge & Experience:

1015 years experience in full lifecycle of product launch including:

• Designing product features
• Understanding segment needs
• Exploring partnerships
• Configuring systems with internal stakeholders including IT contracting marketing
• Execute GoToMarket strategy for product launch
• Independent and selfstarter individual with right level of analytical communication leadership and stakeholder management skills to manage endtoend card product launch or revamp projects
• Knowledge in Arabic language is a plus but not a mandatory requirement
• GCC experience would be preferable
