• Ensuring that all concerns, issues and problems are properly documented and maintained on DMS and relevant platforms.
• Proper maintenance and updation of CRM database based on relevant information obtained during communications.
• Engaging in cross-selling, up-selling and marketing of the company’s relevant products and services.
• Meeting individual targets set by the department are met in a timely and efficient manner.
• Coordinating and liaising with all necessary parties as and when required.
• Provide all the necessary progress reports on a regular and required basis.
• Ensure all quality standards, processes, procedures and policies are met at all times.
• Maintain company EHSQ policy and procedure and improve safety culture.
