- Answering inbound calls and Interact with customers to provide the necessary help while using service.
- Liaise and coordinate with Service Provider to resolve customer issues
- Interact with customers through chat and emails.
- Identify, research, and resolve customer issues using the admin tools and ticketing system.
- Perform outbound calls to follow up with customers and service providers
- Conduct courtesy outbound calls to customers to ensure their satisfaction
- Live Monitoring of the orders to ensure that the Service provider is following the KPIs set by the operations
- All call information according to standard operating procedures
- Identifying customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and providing solutions and/or alternatives
