- you will provide the client with strategic real estate advice focused on moving their projects through the investment and development cycle. You will provide hands on support giving advice on the commercial aspects of the client projects including driving the strategy, business plan and budgeting exercises, liaising with the client's internal team and advisors, in addition to giving strategic input on projects. You will act as the 'JLL Desk' being based within our clients' office, providing a direct connection to the wider JLL network and specific JLL teams who will also be working on the client project. You will be able to draw JLL resources as required by the Client.
