- Manage well site personnel and all lease operators, completing records, ensuring certifications and maintaining personnel data when require.
- Inventory all PPE equipment daily.
- Learned and practice welding, stick and MIG
- Work closely with CNC machinists to train them to maximize CNC equipment capabilities.
- Supervise team of skil TIG and MIG welders, helping them fabricate weldments to dimensional tolerances.
- Study specifications in blueprints, sketches or building plans to prepare project layout as well determine dimensions and materials require.
- Read blue prints, do layout work, millwright work, rigger, fabricator, welder, and steel installation.
- Gain machining, tool and die repair and CNC operation skills through on the job training through the tool room.
- Ensure that all health and safety guidelines are followed and that all PPE require was on site and in use.
- Coordinate or recommend procedures for facility or equipment maintenance or modification, including the replacement of machines.
