Compliance Officer

Job Description

We are looking for a Compliance Officer for Kuwait location.

• Review and promote compliance within the company.

• Develop and maintain compliance checklist and calendar.

• Develop and maintain training program in the field of compliance.

• Prepare and submit relevant reports to governmental entities.

• Review current corporate governance framework and update the same on periodic basis including policies and procedures.

• Prepare Board and Committee meeting minutes

• Arrange and prepare general assembly documentations and relevant disclosures

• Update and upload on CMA portal, Boursa and Company’s website.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Good knowledge of legal requirements and procedures

- Brilliant oral and written communication skills

- Highly-analytical with strong attention to details
