Company Offshore Representative

 Acts as the focal point between the client and the contractor particularly where the permit to work is concerned, for operational liaison and technical input from the operating company.

 Monitors the work being carried out to ensure that it is done safely and follows approved procedures

 Attends project safety meetings and leads the daily project meeting.

 Ensures that all relevant certification and audits are in date and that any close-out actions from those audits have been carried out.

 Ensures that any issues raised during the HAZID process or which are raised during safety meetings are closed out prior to the relevant phase of the work to which they refer is started or further progressed.

 Update the company offshore and onshore teams with work progress and planning via Daily Progress Reports (DPR), E-mail and telephone updates.
