- An exceptional opportunity has arisen to work within the legal team at one of the largest and most prestigious projects being developed in the Middle East. Our client is seeking a commercial attorney with experience on general contractual matters to work on Procurement matters (non-construction related).
- The main duties will involve proposing required contract templates, negotiating, and finalising commercial contracts with the Procurement Department across numerous business sectors; and liaising with multiple stakeholders to address day-to-day legal issues and resolving them quickly and effectively.
- The role is best suited for individuals who are flexible, positive, hands-on, creative, committed, and proactive. They must have a teamwork attitude as well.
