Job Title Buisness Development Manager Projects
Job Description We are seeking a proactive Buisness Development Manager to join our dynamic team 
The Business Development Manager Projects is a key role responsible for driving growth
and profitability in the field of interior design and fitout projects within the real estate
developments large villa compounds and hotels sectors This role involves identifying and
cultivating business opportunities creating strategic partnerships and managing the complete
business development cycle
Responsibilities
Reports to Commercial Director
MARKET RESEARCH AND ANALYSIS
Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients projects and emerging
trends within the real estate developments large villa compounds and hotels segments
Analyze market dynamics competition and customer preferences to develop informed
strategies
CLIENT ACQUISITION AND RELATIONSHIP BUILDING
Identify and target potential clients including real estate developers large villa
compound owners and hotel operators
Build and maintain strong longlasting client relationships through effective
communication and trustbuilding
PROJECT IDENTIFICATION AND LEAD GENERATION
Proactively seek out and qualify project leads and opportunities that align with the
companys capabilities and goals
Collaborate with the project team to create proposals and presentations tailored to
client needs
STRATEGIC PLANNING AND PROPOSAL DEVELOPMENT
Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy for projects
within the specified sectors
Create compelling project proposals presentations and solutions to address client
requirements
NEGOTIATION AND CONTRACT MANAGEMENT
Negotiate terms and conditions with clients ensuring mutually beneficial agreements
Oversee the contract management process ensuring compliance with company policies
and legal standards
PROJECT COORDINATION
Liaise between clients and the internal project teams to ensure smooth project
execution
Monitor project progress and resolve any issues to meet or exceed client expectations
SALES TARGET ACHIEVEMENT
Set and achieve sales targets and revenue goals regularly reporting progress to senior
management
Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue and profitability
NETWORKING AND INDUSTRY ENGAGEMENT
Attend industry events conferences and trade shows to expand the companys network
and identify new business opportunities
Maintain a strong presence and reputation within the real estate and hospitality sectors
MARKET FEEDBACK AND REPORTING
Gather and provide feedback on market trends client preferences and competitor
activities to refine the companys offerings
Prepare regular reports and presentations for management review
Skills Required
Proven experience in business development particularly in the real estate and hospitality
sectors
Strong knowledge of interior design and fitout services
Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Resultsdriven with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
Familiarity with project management concepts and processes
Strong organizational and time management skills
Willingness to travel as needed

Qualifications
Bachelors Degree in Business Marketing or a related field
MBA is a plus
