This is a remote position.

Mine Purpose

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic B2B Sales Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales and a passion for imparting knowledge and skills to sales professionals. As a B2B Sales Trainer you will play a crucial role in enhancing the capabilities of our sales team ensuring they are wellequipped to drive business success.



Responsibilities:

.

Develop comprehensive B2B sales training programs including curriculum design materials creation and delivery methods.

.

Conduct indepth training on our products/services and industry landscape to ensure sales teams have a strong understanding of the market.

.

Provide training on effective sales techniques objection handling negotiation and closing strategies tailored for B2B selling.

.

Organize engaging workshops and roleplaying sessions to simulate realworld scenarios and reinforce learning.

.

Implement ongoing training initiatives to keep the sales team updated on industry trends competitive landscapes and emerging sales methodologies.

.

Work closely with sales leadership to establish key performance metrics and analyze performance data to identify areas for improvement.

.

Provide constructive feedback and oneonone coaching to sales professionals addressing individual strengths and areas for development.

.

Familiarize the team with relevant sales technologies CRM systems and tools that can enhance their efficiency and productivity.

.

Provide leadership training to sales managers focusing on motivational techniques team building and performance management.




Requirements

.

Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field. MBA is a plus.

.

Proven experience in B2B sales with a successful track record.

.

Previous experience in sales training and development.

.

Strong knowledge of the B2B sales process industry trends and competitor landscapes.

.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

.

Ability to work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams.

.

Proficiency in using sales technologies and CRM systems.

.

Certification in sales training or related field is a plus.

Bachelor s degree in business, marketing, or a related field 3-5 years of experience working with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) Experience developing and managing email marketing campaigns Proven track record of success in designing and executing customer retention strategies Excellent analytical skills and experience generating reports from data Strong project management skills
