- You will collaborate with HR, professional development and recruiting leaders in the region to ensure compensation strategy is meeting needs and advancing our people mission of attracting and retaining the top talent. You will have extensive exposure to all service lines of the global compensation function.What You'll Do You will lead initiatives across compensation strategy and execution in the region and beyond. In this role, you will lead the implementation strategy across all paths: client service professionals, engagement service professionals and firm service professionals. You will work closely with cell leaders to ensure global compensation strategy is adapted to the region and each local market. You will serve as a critical thought partner to the global compensation function as global initiatives are designed and ultimately implemented. You will convene the market compensation leads community in the region.
