Duties of a Paraplanner:
Supporting IFAs with technical support duties
Undertake research both independently and with the Financial Adviser to identify suitable products and solutions to meet the clients needs.
Prepare suitability letters in accordance with the agreed recommendations for investment, pension, protection and inheritance tax cases
Process new business applications
Submit fund switches for clients
Ensure all incoming client communications are handled promptly.
Act as main point of contact and deal effectively with queries from clients and other parties through effective communication
Skills:
In order to be considered for this unique opportunity, candidates need to have
Hands on experience as a Paraplanner
Level 4 Diploma qualified or RO qualifications or working towards them
Previous experience within a fast-paced IFA Practice
High level of analytical capability and good communication skills
