- Manage the delivery of financial due diligence engagements
- Preparation of tailormade request lists and management of the information/data flow process thereafter
- Analyze and synthesize information/data to identify critical observations around the key business drivers, financial forecasts, quality of earnings, working capital trends, net debt and debt-like items, and the quality of financial information
- Draft financial due diligence reports and articulate key findings
- Active coordination with internal and external stakeholders
- Manage project profitability and other engagement management activities
- Support partners/directors and senior managers on developing proposals
- Supervise and train junior team members
