- Assists in arranging MOH registration application licenses for all clinical and technical staff and reviews all applied documents with the supervisor to verify compliance with the required qualifications (personal data, educational degrees, previous experience certificates)
- Contacts the selected physician after obtaining approval on their applications to complete the process.
- Drafts the required correspondence to request personal interview appointment for the clinical and technical staff; and revise it with the supervisor

- Follows up with representatives the procedures in the Health Licensure department in the Ministry of Health in Kuwait and the work process (personal file completion, medical check-up, the certificates evaluation from the higher institute, etc.) and reports it to the supervisor.
- Maintains an updated database of the work process; checks licenses in relation to issuance, renewal and termination; coordinates with the supervisor and follows up with representatives
