Organizes and participates in employee recognition programs, Company festivities, or HR activities to maintain and improve positive employee relations.

Creates and maintains standardized metric systems related to participant training records, applicant tracking, HRIS systems, and other ad-hoc reporting.

Responsible for creating the HR department annual budget, fiscal year labor budget, and other related fiscal duties like regular management reporting ensuring the cost effectiveness of HR functions and activities.

Performs administrative duties, collects and compiles data, prepares reports, and maintains records and documents as required.

Designs, establishes, and maintains an organizational structure and staffing to effectively accomplish Company goals and objectives.
