Responsibilities:
• Performs various administrative duties to support requirements and maintain the department functions smoothly on a daily basis. Tactfully handles enquiries and/or refer to appropriate personnel/department.
• Proper record of customer calls and visits, letters and faxes.
• Office stationery requisitions and Assets tracking in ITAT (Oracle - ERP). Relocation requests and other office facilities issue requests.
• New joiners’ application requests and introduction to the team.
• Communicates and provides information internally and externally to assist and enable administrative support and effective service to the concerned sections.
