Admin Assistant

• Follow all company safety policies and procedures
• Support core functionality of the Execution & Sales teams while looking for opportunities for improvement
• Interact with and provide support to Logistics staff to achieve departments objectives. Including support to importation and/or exportation
• Develop supplier relationships and capabilities.
• Prepare, launch, and analyze RFQ s to supply base for source selection
• Follow up on open orders and past due purchase orders.
• Handle the documentation control.
• Partner with internal customers to identify, implement and document cost savings and process improvement initiatives.
• Office Management including office supplies, utilities, & maintenance follow up.
• Material handling and inventory control.
• Work with an ERP system
• Respond to change productively and handle other duties as required
