**Role and Responsibilities** • *Daily Tasks** - Maintain daily record of CODs collected (signed courier report, excel AWB details) and settle cash in the portal (including collection on behalf of intercompany) - Maintain daily record of customs duty collected (including from intercompany customers) - Maintain daily record of collected bayan charges and premium fees collected (including from intercompany customers) - Reconcile daily collection record with Accountant against cash count and cash balance in Quickbooks - Report to Finance Manager and coordinate with Operations if there is any wrong entry in portal related to COD and customs duty or wrong weight and other delivery issues requiring credit note - Key IT coordinator related to any Qatar portal issues and system maintenance - Perform ad hoc tasks as requested by Finance Manager and Country Manager. • *Weekly Tasks** - Weekly health check with customers. Avoid pending issues with customers over the weekend. - Assist in checking AWBs provided by customs agent - Report weekly collection of COD custom duty, bayan charges, and other fees customer-wise to Finance Manager and Accountant • *Monthly Tasks**
