We need someone who can start immediately & has a UAE driving license. Excellent English (Written & Spoken) Sales Manager with Experience in Real Estate Sales field Experienced in marketing and developing business Outside sales calls, face to face meetings Ability to connect with decision-makers and build opportunities and relationships Meet sales goals Well-presented appearance Existing contacts with respective clients Proficient in MS Office, Outlook, Excel and Word UAE Driver License & Own Car Responsibilities Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensures its strong presence Coaching and performance monitoring of Agents Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team Position Requirements: Outside sales calls, face to face meetings Ability to connect with decision-makers and build opportunities and relationships Visiting Contracting Offices, Re sellers, Corporate Offices Meet projected sales goals Well-presented appearance Existing Industry contacts with respective customers Required Skills Sales skills, fast learner, energetic and desire to be successful Prospect for sales and Build relationships Results-oriented, self-motivated and highly organized Ability to connect with decision-makers and build opportunities and relationships Creating detailed proposal and sales documents, often as part of a formal bidding process, which is largely dictated by the prospective clients; complete other reporting and administrative tasks.
