Job Description
The candidate will be responsible for training needs assessment, design and delivery of the training calendar planTraining Budget & CalendarPlan along with the Head HR and the business heads, the annual training budget for the company.Track learning and development budgets and present reports on a regular basis to the management.Ensure identification and analysis of training needs in coordination with other functional heads. Measure the ROI of training to show tangible benefits.Research on training practices and processes being used by competitorsManage the various Training Sessions across all the territories implementing the initiatives with regular follow ups and in house sessions.Training Delivery & AdministrationProvide inputs to the training team(external and internal trainers) to help  design training content (internally administered) in line with functional requirements to ensure effective and high quality delivery of training to employees.Formulate the annual and monthly training calendars in consultation with the global team and circulate the calendar in the concept in a timely mannerAssist the learning & development team, coordinate with pre selected vendors/ service providers to ensure timely provision of training infrastructure, development of content and training delivery; and to select appropriate internal and external trainers for delivering the training modules effectivelyMonitor provision of  high quality training to all employees on the basis of identified training needsMapping the number (%) of employees trained during the year on specific areas (Selling Skills training, Behavioral Training, Multi-Skills training, Customer Service Training, Leadership Skills training, etc) & monitoring the (%) increase in the Training Satisfaction / Effectiveness Score.Generate Case studies based on assessments on the floor, develop and update training modules.Business ContextParticipate in business and management discussion to understand business priorities and goals.Improve business performance and productivity through training exercisesAchievement of monthly and quarterly training man days set as per the company guidelines.Track and analyse the performance improvement on the floor and maintain standards.Review Performance Management/KPI and partner with business heads to driver important training initiatives.Ensure and maximize employee engagement initiatives. Must be able to maintain high satisfaction indexes. Organize/Coordinate for Employee Events and Programmes.Execute Behavioral training programmes in-house.Compile MIS for OJT, Toolbox Training's, External Training's, Internal Training's, Induction, etc.Handle GOLD and other related platforms. Requirements5-8 years in Training role.Preference for candidates with knowledge of Oil & Gas IndustryAdvance knowledge of Training processes and accreditation processesAdvance knowledge of various training toolsPresentation skillsCommunication & Influence skillsPlanning & Organizing skillsBenefitsAED 13000 - 15000 per month + Family Benefits
