Part I – Registration

Your registration with DrJobs is the sole responsibilities of jobseekers, jobseekersare responsible for the security of your user name and password.

Your registrations with DrJobs require you to share your personal information e.g. name, mobile number, email address among others, said information are essential in order for the employers reach for potential job opportunities.

Part II – DrJobs Service

DrJobs is a premium job search engine for the jobseekers, Jobseekers need to be a premium member in order to view and apply jobs postings, rates are published on the Part III of this terms and conditions.

Part III – Service Fees & Charges

To be able to utilize the website, registered jobseeker must be premium member and availed any of the service details below.

All rates published above are VAT exclusive, five percent (5%) value added tax will be added to the service fees. Rates may change from time to time.

Part IV – Mode of Payments& Service Delivery

Jobseekers in the UAE can pay via sms using their Du or Etisalat Simcards whilst jobseekers from other GCC countries can enjoy our secured payment via debit/credit card.

Part V – Service Delivery Policy

Jobseekers who subscribe to network operator, upon successful registration jobseekers are automatically redirected to job portal to complete details and upload necessary documents e.g. CV’s, pictures, video resume among others.

Jobseekers who pay via credit card upon successful payments and verifications the jobseekers are redirected to the job portal.

Multiple transactions

At the time of checkout the jobseekers using debit/credit card may incur a multiple service fees transactions to the jobseekers monthly card statement.

Drjobs will not deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions countries in accordance with the law of UAE.

Part VI – Renewal of Service

Jobseekers using Du & Etisalat networks, the service fees will be automatically renewed daily or weekly, rates for the renewal will remain the same as per Part III of this terms and conditions.

Jobseekers who paid via debit/credit card need to purchase again of the service.

Part VII – Refunds & Service Cancellations

Service Cancellations

Jobseekers can cancel the service anytime using the following keywords, if they are using the following networks.

Service Du Etisalat
DailyNILC JOB Send to 111
WeeklyUNSUB JOB Send to 1120C JOBW Send to 1111

Jobseekers who purchased via debit/credit card may cancel the service anytime without penalty, paid membership on the current month will not be refunded to the jobseeker.

Refunds

Jobseeker who purchased/register via debit/credit card must follow the following refunds guidelines, full refunds will be credited to the jobseekers.

    a) For the first 48 Hours after payment is done successfully if customer is unable to login into our portal further the technical support team will investigate this issue. If the case is valid then refund will be done appropriately.
    b) “Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment”.

Only for the above mentioned points Jobseekers must report the issue within 48 hours of their registration to DrJobs, all refunds request must be emailed to support@drjobs.ae.

Part VIII - Jobs Availability

DrJobs does not guarantee of the continuous jobs availability for the jobseekers advertised by the employer, jobs vacancies maybe deleted by employer if the job vacancies are already filled-up. Jobseekers may continuously visit the portal for the new opportunities similar to the target jobs.

Part IX - Third party links / Jobs integration

Jobseekers applying particular jobs will be redirected to links that are owned by third parties, some jobs vacancies posted are from the third parties. Third parties referrers to the recruitment solutions provider that offers job boards to their customers. DrJobs are integrated with the selected third parties.

Jobseekers are required to share personal information to apply particular jobs posted from the third parties. Jobseekers are responsible for the data or information shared to the third parties. DrJobs is not responsible for any information shared by the jobseeker to the third party links.

Part X – Communications

Employers may contact DrJobs hotline numbers below for service or technical support, employers are also encourage to share their feedback for the DrJobs service.

Drjobs may send regular communications to jobseekers registered email address and mobile numbers, such as latest jobs matches, career tips, profile matching to related jobs vacancies among others.

Jobseekers will receive communications for all actions related to the subscriptions such as change password, applied jobs, or any actions from the employers related to the jobs applied.

Part XI – Support & Feedback

Support related to the cancellations of service needs to follow the Part VII of the terms and conditions.

In the event that the cancellations are not completed, jobseekers are encourage to call the customer care number of the telecom operator or call DrJobs number below for instructions.

Part XII – Prohibited Use

DrJobs is striving its best to make DrJobs’ portal easy and friendly to use for employers and jobseekers.

DrJobs at its own discretion may delete job postings and the employer accounts if the jobs posting found to be misuse, offensive, jobs that solicit funds to the jobseekers, sensitive in nature or any act by the employers representative against the jobseekers that are not acceptable within the UAE Culture, the same statement will be applied to jobseeker and this will results to deletions of accounts.

Part XIII – Prohibited Use to Minors

Any registered user using DrJobs service who are Minor/under the age of 18 shall not register as a user of the website and shall not transact on or use the website. Minor user are automatically deleted or rejected.

Part XIV – Governing Law and Jurisdictions

Any purchase, transactions, dispute or claims arising out of or in connection with this website shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of UAE.
