Job Description
Reporting to the General Manager and responsible for developing, implementing and executing a strategy and operational plan for maximization of the growth and profitability of the division. • Coordinate and revise the Business Plan, Forecasting & Financial statements quarterly with the General Manager - Automotive. • Establish pricing policies as per market place. • Define the guidelines for the selling process i.e. client satisfaction. • Establish new monitoring work flow procedures in Service analysis - Performance vs Sales Goals. • Establish operational procedures in the Division i.e. Service training, IT courses. • Coach and mentor the tier managers within other Divisions. • Develop new partners and grow the business into new profitable arenas. • Plan, develop and implement strategy and budgets for the operational management of the division within agreed targets and timelines. • Monitor measure and report on operational issues, opportunities and development plans for achievement within agreed formats and timescales. • Ensure that relationship with principals are developed and maintained and that common business is developed appropriately. • Create a business vision and direction to ensure that the Division achieves goals and performance targets. • Ensure healthy human relationships in the work environment that will facilitate the proper motivation for staff. • Ensure the appropriate recruitment of managers and staff; facilitate their training and development and assessment of their capabilities by using appropriate systems for measuring KPIs. • Ensure activities integrate with organizational requirements for quality management, health and security, legal stipulation, environmental policies and general duty of care. • As a member of the management team of the company contribute to the overall development of the company.RequirementsAt least 10 years solid experience in the Automotive Service/After Sales. • Experience in managing projects and contracts. • Proven ability to lead and manage a business, and handle complex issues and high workloads with competing with strategic priorities. • Adept at leading a multi-cultural team that has wide skill levels and ethic back grounds. • Proactive track record engaging long term business relationships at all levels providing practical advice, guidance and hands on support in connection with the given business. • Ability to make decisions, plan and solve problems. • Initiative, responsibility, flexibility and leadership. • Ability to lead a diverse team. • Excellent interpersonal skills. • Professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills (Arabic/English). • Ability to motivate teams to produce accurate work within tight timeframes as well as manage multiple projects. • Entrepreneurial & Commercial Thinking. • Formulating Strategies & Concepts.
