Main Duties & Responsibilities:
• To fully understand and perform your job, taking into account your personal competencies, as described below, working with your team to deliver Exceptional quality and taste .
• To manage all aspects of the kitchen, and oversees all services.
• To attend any training courses as and when required.
• To attend to and participate in any meetings (department, communications etc.) as and when required.
• Assist with the training and development of the kitchen when required.
• To be flexible and to carry out any other duties as requested by Management.
• To Create and control food quality standards in the kitchen. • To create a working environment that support organizational values.
Hazim Brothers for Construction HBC is a continuation of a family business established in Lebanon early 1980s. Hazim Trade llc was the first registered trading name in Akkar, North Lebanon and was dealing with building materials. The company changed its name to Hazim for Trade and Contracting HTC in 2002 and become an important player in North Lebanon as it undertook important infrastructure and building projects.
