Job Description
 Detailed Responsibilities:  a)     Prepare Training Plan Maintain Training Progression Communicate Mandatory training requirements All training correspondence with JLR Academy Monitor and Improve Training progression and competency Arrange training programmes Prepare Service advisors, Sales Executive and Technicians for JLR Training challenge Attend Training conference and communicate Training vision for the year to all concerned Enrol new employees in Training Excellence Platform  b)     Communicate dealer standards to all concerned Dealer standards internal audit Dealer standards audit with the External consultants Identify the gap Close all Non-compliance for Sales/Service/Parts/Bodyshop/Used car for Muscat and Salalah Attend Dealer standards conference and communicate standards to all  c)     Importer Business Builder communication to all Division heads and concerned Continuous monitoring of IBB actual vs plan Meet weekly, monthly and quarterly targets Co-ordinate with all departments to see that everyone achieves their target Bring problem areas to the attention of CEO Negotiation with JLR Cross check IBB results and correspondence with JLR if required Allocation of IBB fund    4084 Version 1 Job Description Guide & Template                  Page 1 of 2                                                                  M Sampson MSXI d)     Prepare Service Reports Through puts, Turn around time, Courtesy car calculation, Car parc and Weekly KPIs Identify problem areas Arrange and conduct Service meetings Prepare KPIs for service meetings Analyse problem areas  e)     Receive communication on Yearly 5 year Business Plan Give authorisation to concerned people as per JLR guidelines Sit with each team to see the progress Monitor filling of Business Plan Prepare Business Plan realted to service along with Aftersales Manager Fill in CI and Network related sheets of Business Plan Answer queries from each department Communicate with JLR as and when required Ensure Business Plan is completed before the deadline f)      Communicate Retailer Excellence Programme guidelines to all concerned Spend time with each team to explain the targetsCommunicate monthly resultsBring problem areas to the notice of the CEOCheck the results on a monthly basis and raise objections if any with JLR  g)     Contact point for all new projects implementation Co-ordination with JLR and internal team and IT for programme launch Make sure the new Programme is running Eg – EVHC, Instant feedback, CEIP etc....  h)     Monitor CEIP on a daily basis Communicate target to allDesign and run Incentive Programme for CEIP and Service Incentive Programme cauclulation Check weekly list of CEIP files Ensure 85% of sales and service throughuts are sent to JLR Achieve CEIP targets  i)      Corporate Identity Champion Understand and communicate every time the CI changes Implement CI for the new Arch showroom Order CI elemetns from Global CI suppliers Attend CI conference  j)      Co-ordinate with JLR, Consultant and Contractor Order items as per JLR requirement Monitor work progress Arrange for JLR visit to see progress Check and clear snag list Clear doubts from consutlant and contractor in discussion with JLR  k)     Monitor call centre operation Prepare Job descriptions for call centre staff Explain new jobs as and when introduced by JLR The call centre handles appointments, CEIP, and Service action calls Provice call scripts to the call centre  10. Direct Relationships: CEO (Automotive), Sales/ Service/ Parts Manager, Marketing Manager, W/s Controllers, CRM Executives 11.  Indirect Relationships: Technicians, Sales and Parts staff    J
