Job Description
Establish policies and procedures for cabin crew recruitment and training, monitor the performance, grooming and attitude to ensure cabin crew meet the set criteria by the airlineFormulate, manage and maintain standards and integration of the activities and ensure onboard safety, products and services are consistently meet Regulatory and Corporate standards and the airline operations objectivesProvide an effective leadership to instill and lead organizational qualities and people management, particularly the front-line employeeDrive and guide the management programs of people planning, skills, appraisals, and career development in order to achieve high level of work and efficiencyAccountable for preparation and publication of cabin crew operations manualsEnsure cabin crew manpower planning meet operational requirementsRequirementsQualification:             Bachelor’s degree in any discipline, preferably aviation managementExperience:            Minimum of 10 years in cabin crew operations where 5 years in managerial/supervisory position            Hands on experience in cabin crew recruitment, training and performance managementSpecial Skills & Knowledge:            Proficiency in English (Spoken & Written)            Proficiency in MS Office            Must have sound knowledge of Flight duty time limitation calculation
