Job Description
Direct tailored learning interventions to address managerial and leadership skills gaps established and partner with stakeholders in addressing organisational development needs. Review, implement & manage service level agreements, policies and procedures with key stakeholders that promote consistency in organisational development.Deliver world class learning initiatives & coaching sessions for supervisors, managers and senior managers. Maintain high participant feedback results for relevant programs delivered and implement appropriate continuous improvement ideas based on feedback and best practice.Manage learning interventions that promote the company’s long-term goals and brand which is in line with the overall Performance, Learning & Development strategy and quality standards. This includes managing bench marking initiatives and compliance with international industry audit regulations.Review implement & manage a full suite of management reports & dashboards related to specific training area including resource utilisation & KPI trackers.Lead on major projects following project Management methodology & execute the projects in a professional manner identifying risks, keeping track of man hours & budgets to ensure successful implementation of the same. This includes preparing project charters, plans, project status reports & other related documents, periodically updating the same for management reporting.Develop and deliver HR/People Strategy for the department, in order to fully align with the business plan and achieve business objectives.Drive and implement the people strategy to deliver world class HR services.Exert a dynamic influence over key line stakeholders as an expert in HR and take the HR lead in driving teams to promote best HR practice and sound innovation in meeting challenges and objectives.To ensure consistent application of HR policies, procedures and practices, in order to minimize risk and financial exposure. Provide advice and guidance to line managers and HR generalists if required.Work in partnership with the HR centers of excellence to ensure coordination in project/policy development and the enhancement of information provision and centralized services to the business.Promote organizational development that addresses succession planning, workforce engagement & development, change management and continuous improvement towards a high-performance culture.RequirementsBachelor’s Degree in a related discipline preferably in Human Resource / Business Studies or any related discipline minimum of 4 years of experience OR College Diploma in related discipline, with minimum of 7 years of experience in HRProficiency in English (Spoken and Writing) Proficiency in MS officeGood Interpersonal skillsTeam playerMulti task oriented
