Job Description
Main Responsibilities: ·         Preparation of: payroll,finger print report and analyzes, overtime balance and analyzes  , Leave Balance, Final entitlements & Personnel Accounting     Recruitment & Selection:·         Plan and implement a company-wide recruiting strategy geared towards process improvement, cost control, and new hires quality.·         Source, screen, interview and close candidates in vacancies for multiple Subsidiaries.·         Responsible for Executive Search assignments through the full life cycle of the recruitment process and develop a Top Executive candidates Database.·         Liaise with hiring managers on clarifying specific hiring needs, advising them on best recruitment practice, creating recruiting plans, and ensure a pipeline of qualified candidates.·         Manage and promote cost-effective candidate sourcing strategies such as direct recruiting methods, e-recruitment tools, referrals and social networking.·         Apply behavioral & competency based interview methodology to candidate screening, conduct reference checks, negotiate and extend offers of employment.·         Develop, manage and ensure implementation of key metrics to measure efficacy and ROI. Analyze and report the results of recruiting initiatives.·         Keeps abreast of Kuwait Labor Law with respect to employment contracts, terminations, and hiring rules and regulations.·         Developing the recruiting materials and tools including brochures, career website, external job boards, employee referral programs, job fairs, career days, etc.·         Travels to local, regional, and international career fair locations, HR Conferences.           Organizational Development:·         Implement and oversee programs that increase efficiency, strengthen employee knowledge and abilities, improve leadership and maintain the overall environment of the company.·         Delivering strategic and operational advice on human resources management, corporate planning & governance, Compensation, organizational performance quality, employee relations and organizational development initiatives.·         Create and maintain Business Continuity plan and procedures.·         Design and implement the administration of performance based Executives variable and incentive pay plans.·         Develop a strategy to implement a new Performance Management model·         Develop an Annual Learning and Development Plan including the Learning needs Analysis, management of approved budgets, Training courses design and planning, evaluation of programs conducted, ROI analysis, training administration and records.·         Assist managers in the monitoring and review of staff performance and provide counseling and advice.·         Defines and evaluate Key performance Indicators (KPIs) and core competencies for the company.·         Initiate the issuance of official guidelines for carrying out performance appraisal exercises; ensures that the process allows supervisors and employees to openly compare employees’ actual performance with established and agreed upon standards.·         Design and develop related policies and procedures that will assist managers in managing the performance of their staff including disciplinary/grievance procedures and the management of underperformance.·         Develops, updates and maintains integrity of the organizational charts to ensure smooth and adequate implementation.·         Develop, conduct and improve the Company’s induction & on-boarding program·         Conduct Job Analysis surveys, and Job Evaluation (salary scale, Job grades and benefit grids) to determine a relative value of each job in the Company·         Implement reward and recognition, workforce planning, staff attraction and retention programs and turnover rates monitoring.·         Monitor and report on human resources management strategies and the organizational climate and health through the use of strategic human resource measures.·         Develop, implement, promote, monitor and revise human resource policies and procedures.
