Job Description
• Carrying the Company product portfolio - Products, Services and Solutions • Implementation of strategies relating to the account plan/management • Designing and monitoring the Business Plan for revenue achievement on monthly/quarterly/annual basis • Help build pipeline based on proactive strategy execution • Managing potential opportunities and achieve sales closures • Accountable towards identifying, understanding customer needs and effectively act as a liaison between the customer and the Company operations • Identify business opportunities through understanding customer requirements, and their buying criteria, and identifying the appropriate company service solution • Understand and influence investment decisions, enhancing the company's ability to win new business with it key customers • Introduce appropriate experts to sales prospects To create and document account plans • Developing and expanding products and services. • Prepare presentations, proposals and present them to C level • Follow sales process and produce sales reports in line with company guidelines and policies • Handover a successful sale to operations to enable a successful delivery • Solicit and provide feedback on wins and losses • Identify and maintain relationships with senior decision makers and influencers • Build Brand Awareness and enhance Company’s credibility in the Telecommunications industry • To assist marketing in deciding marketing strategies • Prepare sales proposals, pipeline, weekly call and itinerary reports, sales presentations and demonstrations and maintain current knowledge of all the companies’ products.
