Job Description:

Install, troubleshoots and repairs mechanical systems and perform preventive and predictive maintenance activities.

Knowledge, Skills Personal Attributes required:

• Can read and traceMechanical Drawing.
• Advanced Mechanical Knowledge and performing scheduled preventive Maintenance.
• Inspect equipment condition utilizing established Preventive Maintenance procedures.
• Seek continuous improvement opportunities to improve efficiencies and reduce waste.
• Maintain necessary documentation including machine histories, preventive maintenance check sheets, and logbooks.
• Serve on Emergency/Spill Response Team as required.
• Must have fair knowledge using AutoCAD.
• Must be able to perform minor Mechanical projects and ability to use fabrication equipment.
• Carry out the mechanical maintenance and installations jobs in a safe and efficient manner.
• To analyze abnormal conditions and recommend remedial actions.
• To guide and help other technicians within the Section in performing their jobs to the optimum professional level.
• Should have at least 46 years of experience in industrial fields.
