•The waitress is responsible for the overall experience of the guests.
•Take drink and food orders, communicate specials, recommend items, and manage the overall care of our guests.
•Responsible for timing food courses, and making sure the overall flow of the meal is proper.
•Comfortable with the guests, presentable and friendly, while maintaining a professional attitude.
•Able to recommend specialty cocktails and wines, and must be able to multi task while staying cool under all situations.
