Responsibilities
• Greet customers upon their arrival and provide them with menus and advice
• Take beverage and food orders accurately and in a timely manner
• Serve drinks, food, and breakfast items
• Clear and reset tables in a timely and efficient manner
• Ensure that kitchen staff have appropriate supplies and food items to meet customer demands
• Keep an up-to-date knowledge of the restaurant's daily specials
• Ensure that all tables, chairs, and place settings are set correctly and in a timely manner
• Resolve customer complaints in a friendly and professional manner
