Plan, implement and promote volunteering across the Emirate of Abu Dhabi Administrative role strategic planning o Provide input into the development of the department plan and goals Plan and manage the implementation of department objectives in line with the operational plan Participate in proposing performance indicators for the department in line with the strategic objectives of the Authority for Social Contributions together budget management o Provide inputs to prepare the department budget for review by the department manager performance management o Contribute to achieving the department's goals and implementing projects to achieve these goals
