Responsible for contract preparation, send draft to the vendor before the final meeting.

Maintain vendor contract files, soft and hard copy.

Follow up with the vendor and ensure to get the contracts signed.

Ensure to get the contracts renewed and maintain a tracker to avoid confusion.

Maintain a complete vendor tracker with all the details.

.

Be a first point of contact in the vendor management team.

.

Assist in the On-boarding process, get information from the vendor required to prepare the contract.

Assist in the launch process, and co-ordinate with the content management team to upload the new items in our website.
