- Research design and develop appropriate training courses or workshops that would include classroom on job e-learning self-directed study and blended approaches for all DTS staff All training workshops will be expected to include supporting materials manuals quick reference guides and assessment question papers so as to ensure that the training provided meets required standards Ensure that EK Training College has an overview of all the course material
