Receive the non warranty work /service orders , create the under warranty service order for customer complaints SAP for , study the service order's requirements , indentify the required resources (material , manpower , time etc.) .
Check the avaialbility of required material in stock and other resources required for service order .
Coordinate with customer for scheduling the site visit .
Arrange to visit the site as per schedule agreed with customer , perform the required inspection or testing in order to analyse the problem , provide solution or prepare defect report and give recommendation for further actions .
Assist customer technician to arrange his site visit .
