Job Description

- Lead Management
- Generate and Manage leads from various sources
- Various forms of databases
- Data from walk-ins
- Digital campaigns and Data from online sources
- Demo and Orientation events
- Career fairs and various events
- Validate lead quality and scope
- Counselling, Conversion, Payments and Reporting
- Provide information on courses, eligibility, duration, fee level, suitability to career etc
- Verify documents and credentials as per need
- Convert to admission
- Disbursement of scholarship and/or discounts as per eligibility and scheme note
- Follow up on registration and fee payment
- Ensure accuracy of data in Online DBMS and/or Excel
- Prepare and disseminate MIS reports as per format and as per advised periodicity
- Represent UNEXT in external events
- Ensure communication goes out to prospective learners and client organizations
- Maintain data sourced from events and plan follow ups
