Talent Pool Training Administrator

BAE Systems has been successfully delivering technical training programs to our international customers for over 10 years. Our team of dedicated and experienced teachers, instructors and support staff are passionate in helping develop students’ knowledge and prepare them for a technical career.

This role will support the Technical Institute in achieving and maintaining the integrity of student data, as well as assisting with the assessment and examination compliance with internal and external assessment and examination requirements.

Working closely with the LMS/TMS Administrator, this role will be responsible for maintaining the configuration control of all student data onto and within the Learning Management System

This person will be responsible for supporting the Contract and Assurance team, as well as the wider Technical Institute team for the end-to-end Foundation Training, General Engineering and Speciality Training student data capture.

This person will hold the necessary qualifications to provide training delivery resilience to the Foundation Training Delivery team, covering in periods of sickness/absence/surge (e.g. customer demands).

Core activities of the role include but no limited to:

Day-to-day student data administration (e.g., attendance, exam results)

.

Support to the day-to-day administration and organisation of exams and assessments

.

Provide day to day support to the Exams SME’s, providing a short, medium and long term examinations schedule

.

Assist in processing student assessment and examination results

.

Ensure secure storage of student records

.

Assist in the organisation of assessment and examination activities prior to and after assessment and examinations

.

Responsible for collating Student Review Board material packs, with underpinning trend analysis and commentary

.

Responsible for uploading and maintaining student data within the Learning Management System and maintaining configuration control of the student data

.

Responsible for provision of Technical Institute training pipeline graphics/schedules, detailing where different classes of students currently reside within the pipeline

.

Responsible for highlighting and rectifying any inconsistencies or missing student data

.

Provide exam support to assessment and examination staff to ensure all administration is prepared prior to the assessment and examination

.

Collation and production of examination analysis reports for the management team

.

Work closely with the Project Management Team, provide reports from the Learning Management System to support trend analysis of student data (i.e. attendance / exam results)

.

Assist in the preparation of student record packs for internal and external audits

.

Ad hoc translation, when and where necessary.

.

Occasional interpretation services from Arabic to English and vice-versa
