Talent Pool Project Manager

Experienced and in-depth Project Control knowledge and techniques in an Operational Aircraft Support environment is preferred;
Experienced resource demand management and forecasting;
High level of MS Office knowledge and application;
Programme Reporting experience;
Understanding and appreciation of operating in a customer-focused organisation in the Middle East;
Commercial and Contractual Awareness;
Purchasing Process and Export control awareness
Contract Status Reporting (CSRs).
Business Expertise:
Requires good analytical skills, able to manipulate data to identify trends and data shortages. At this level is able to assess if data is complete and accurate.
Requires the ability to appropriately engage with and challenge a wide range of stakeholders on project performance & data validity
Understands and is able to use and interpret all project management tools sets.
Requires a good understanding of the structure of costs and performance for the service area or project, is able to monitor progress using BAES systems and methods of control and reporting
Capable of performing detailed performance analysis using a range of PM toolsets and techniques
