1. Analyse, design, and facilitate the development of Forms, Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, and workflows with Oracle technology tools such as PL/SQL, Java, Oracle Reports, Oracle Discoverer, Oracle Workflow, and Oracle Bl Publisher as per business requirements.
2. Provide consultation on Oracle best practices, standards, governance, and information management.
3. Work as IT partner with Commercial department and follow the Customer IT Demand Management Methodology and Customer IT Project Management Methodology for all rollouts and implementations.
4. Performer key role in transforming and migrating current CRM application to Salesforce CRM application with advance feature.
5. To guide Customer business users towards implementation of standard Oracle functionality and reduce the customisations, in-order to ensure standard business functionality and participate in future technology improvement roadmap.
