- Senior Civil Quantity Surveyor minimum 10 years of practical experience in high rise buildings and towers Preferably with contracting companies 1 Preparation of detailed quantity take offs prepares the packages and communicates them to Procurement 2 Oversee accurate and detailed BOQ especially for remeasured contracts 3 Preparation of all payment applications and variations of the main contract and subcontractors suppliers 4 Assists in the preparation of the commercial part of claims and reports 5 Studies the subcontractors suppliers payments and variations status 6 Reviews and release to all correspondences regarding payments and variations with subcontractors suppliers 7 Provides assistance to operations in the substation and documentation of variation orders and claims 8 Regularly updates the Commercial Manager on the progress of works
